I, Brien Blankenship, have worked as a PCB designer @ Intel Corp for the last 15 years. I would like to see the adoption of IPC-2581 as a standard for data transmission from CAD to Fab vendor as I believe it to be a benefit to the industry as a whole. I support IPC-2581 and would like to encourage more vendor support of the format. I am speaking on my behalf only and not representing the company I work for.
