James Ishihara, Foxconn

I, as an IPC CIT, and Test Engineer at Foxconn would like to see a standard for the transferring of specification information created the various CAD outputs. IPC has improved overall industry quality with standards such as J-STD-001, IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/21 and I believe IPC-2581 standard can achieve a similar outcome to the aforementioned standards.
